With only three full time employees, Lunch Break depends on a small army of volunteers to help see us through each day. Over 450 people have assisted us in 2009! As Volunteer Coordinator, it is my job to harness this huge resource of time and talent.
We ask that all of our volunteers call and sign up in advance for daily volunteer activities performed on site. Please call me at (732) 747-8577 to reserve your date and time slot. This way we can coordinate the right number of volunteers with our workload for the day.
We have a list of volunteer opportunities that can be done off site as well. If you have a special interest, talent or life experience that you would like to share with us, please let us know. We are very interested in matching your particular talent with a volunteer opportunity
