A volunteer-based free health care facility located in Red Bank, NJ where Monmouth County residents without medical insurance or the ability to pay can be cared for with the same level of dignity and confidentiality afforded in the private sector. The focus is on primary care, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion and education in an easily accessible facility.

Visiting Nurses Association of Central Jersey
Provides case management, information and resources to Monmouth County families with children with special needs, birth through 21 years of age, through Special Child Health and Early Intervention Services.

Monmouth County Division of Social Services
A county government agency assisting residents in need of social services, financial assistance and medical assistance.

Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean County
Serving over 270 food pantries, soup kitchens and other feeding programs with over 4 million pounds of food annually. The Food Bank is located in Neptune, NJ.

An employment agency located in Red Bank, NJ providing support services to an individual in a competitive integrated environment. The program is intended for those who require intensive individual training on or off the work site and who, once they have learned the job and other routines, will require long term follow along services, on the job site and/or off the job site.

Ocean – Monmouth Legal Services
Offering legal services based on household income and assets, in a broad range of matters, including housing, government assistance and benefits, family matters, consumer cases and others. Certain non-profit community groups which are organized by or for low-income people may also qualify for assistance.

Office on Aging
Established by the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the main goal is to ensure that older citizens receive the services that will help them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life. The office is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of services to county residents 60 years of age and older.

Monmouth County Division of Employment and Training Workforce Investment Board
A business-led, non-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate an alliance of the public and private sectors for the purpose of planning, coordinating, and providing policy guidance for certain publicly funded workforce development activities. The goal is to develop and sustain a unified, labor-market driven workforce development system to serve job seekers and employers in a cost efficient, results-oriented manner.

The mission of Affordable Housing Alliance is to expand affordable housing resources for Monmouth, Ocean and Mercer county residents who need it. This task is accomplished through inter-agency cooperation and partnerships, and facets of real estate development, from consultation and acquisition to construction or renovation and management.

The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County
An affiliate of Mental Health America the country’s leading nonprofit dedicated to helping all people live mentally healthier lives. They represent a growing movement of Americans who promote mental wellness for the health and well-being of the nation – everyday and in times of crisis.

Al-Anon/Alateen
An organization that offers strength and hope for friends and families of problem drinkers offering solutions that lead to serenity in the Al-Anon/Alateen fellowship. Alateen is for younger members.

Hispanic Affairs & Resource Center of Monmouth County
Provides assistance and advocacy for the Hispanic community offering translation, transportation, notary, employment and technical services. They also offer services for youth support, drug and alcohol prevention, women’s resources, and abuse/neglect prevention.

NJ Family Cares
Provides quality free or low-cost health coverage for uninsured children 18 and younger and low-income parents. This program already covers more than a half million New Jersey children.
